A friend of mine directed me to this blog:

It took me longer than it should have... and I learned that we definitely need to do it when her hair is wet (she has sooo many whispy hairs!) and that we need smaller pony tail holders. But it's cute and she feels pretty. :)

The best hair ties are the the plastic ones that are tiny and cheap. They come like 100 to a bag for only $2 or so.

Yeah, I second that one, Wal-Mart usually has them, Target too but the ones I just got from Wal-Mart come in a plastic container that's like those containers you use to put pills in and each one has a different color, SO NICE! I'll have to see if I have that link on my blog already but if not, I'll have to add it, I have several of those hair design sites on one of my blogs, the Simply Janeen one.
