I wish I had stuck w/ my usual echinacea, cal/mag/zinc regimen when the kids were sick. But I didn't. And now I'm nursing a major sinus headache. I can't remember the last time my head hurt this bad. It's so bad I took tylenol and I never take things when I'm nursing. Unfortunately it's not touching the pain.
Now if only the baby would stop crying... maybe it would be a little better then.
